01 / WELCOME

Welcome to TA Staging.

Welcome to TA Staging.

TA Staging is a professional home staging company based in Christchurch. We specialise in creating warm, inviting and stylish spaces that help properties make a strong first impression.

Our work goes beyond simply placing furniture in an empty home. Through carefully selected furniture, artwork and décor, we aim to bring out the best features of each property, create a welcoming atmosphere and help potential buyers visualise themselves living in the home.

What We Do

01
Full Property Styling

Transforming an empty property with furniture, artwork, décor and finishing touches.

02
Integrated Property Styling

Working with existing furniture and furnishings to enhance the overall presentation of a property.

03
The Complete Package

Combining professional home staging with photography, videography and 3D walk-throughs.

02 / OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Work safely &
carefully.

Every staging job requires a high level of care and awareness. Our approach is built around three principles:

03 / PROTECT YOURSELF

Use the correct
lifting technique.

Before moving any item, consider its weight, size, shape and the route it needs to travel.

07 / PROTECT OUR FURNITURE

Care at every
stage of handling.

Our furniture represents a significant business asset. Careful handling helps maintain its condition, presentation and longevity. Some properties use our inflatable air beds. These require additional care during inflation, deflation, folding and handling. TA air beds are raised models with an integrated built-in pump.

08 / LOADING THE VAN

Load in a
consistent order.

A consistent loading method helps protect our furniture, maximise available space and make the next installation more efficient. For a typical staging job, follow this order unless instructed otherwise by the team leader.
